Costa Vida is one of the fastest growing restaurant franchises in North America with locations across the United States and Canada. Tia was brought on to the Costa Vida team to create a strong brand on social. Tia started by creating an entirely new social strategy including a social rebrand, new images, campaigns, and advertising. After, Tia put in place a strategy for new Franchise openings which saw a 200% return rate in customer visits during the first week in store. Tia worked directly with Franchise managers to place them on a new system to have the ability to advertise
